At Hotel Villa Son Sierra, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a fair experience for all our guests, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations made more than 15 days before check-in: If the reservation is canceled more than 15 days prior to the check-in date, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellations made between 15 days and 3 days before check-in: If the cancellation occurs between 15 days and 3 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged. This amount will be automatically charged to the credit or debit card provided at the time of booking.
Cancellations made within 3 days before check-in: If the cancellation is made less than 3 days prior to the check-in date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged. The corresponding amount will be automatically charged to the credit or debit card provided at the time of booking.
No-shows: In the event of a no-show on the check-in day without prior cancellation, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged. This amount will also be charged to the credit or debit card provided at the time of booking.
We recommend that our guests consider purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
